This role is critical in designing, developing, and supporting RPA solutions that improve efficiency and streamline business processes. Youll work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver reliable, scalable automation workflows using Blue Prism and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to identify automation needs and gather requirements. Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism. Monitor and optimize existing RPA scripts for performance and reliability. Lead development of scalable and efficient automation workflows. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions. Continuously improve processes through technical enhancements and feedback. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in RPA development, including 4+ years with Blue Prism. 8+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 8+ years working with RESTful web services. Preferred Skills: 4+ years of programming experience with C#, Java, or Python. Experience in process discovery, requirement gathering, and solution architecture. Web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol. Familiarity with JDBC API development.
