This is a remote role requiring strategic planning, configuration, and development expertise in enterprise-level integrations. Key Responsibilities: Provide development support for Boomi UKG Kronos Retail systems. Interpret client standards and translate them into Boomi development requirements. Configure Boomi UKG Kronos templates based on provided specifications. Develop comprehensive Boomi UKG Kronos change plans to minimize risk during version upgrades. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business and system integration requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical resolutions and improvements effectively. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with strong focus on Boomi UKG Kronos Retail standards. In-depth understanding of EDI, Boomi architecture, and UKG Kronos configurations. Proven ability to define Boomi UKG Kronos standards and integrate them with broader system architecture. Experience in supply chain management and relevant integrations. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database systems. Solid grasp of software development and implementation life cycles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical content for non-technical stakeholders.
