Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Analyst O9/OMP LinkedIn and Passport Number Mandatory . Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planning Analyst with expertise in O9 Planning and/or OMP Planning to join our supply chain team. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage end-to-end supply chain planning processes using O9 or OMP platforms. Configure, maintain, and enhance planning models and parameters within the O9/OMP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT to align planning strategies. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic planning decisions. Participate in planning system implementations, upgrades, and integrations as needed. Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective use of planning tools. Assist in KPI development, monitoring, and reporting to measure supply chain performance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 25+ years of experience in supply chain planning or a related function. Hands-on experience with O9 Planning and/or OMP Planning (required). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of supply chain concepts such as S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning. Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Location: [New York/New Jersey] Onsite.
