As an Oracle EBS Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert functional and/or technical consulting services to our clients on their Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, upgrades, and support projects. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules and industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment. * Provide functional and/or technical expertise in one or more Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management). * Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions. * Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet specific client needs. * Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of Oracle EBS implementations. * Prepare and deliver end-user training on Oracle EBS functionality. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS applications. * Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS releases, features, and best practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. * Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and methodologies. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation. * Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12. * Experience in configuring and supporting one or more Oracle EBS modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, HRMS). * Solid understanding of business processes related to the supported Oracle EBS modules. * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. * Experience with testing methodologies and tools. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 and its new features. * Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) or other development tools for EBS customizations. * Experience with integration technologies for Oracle EBS. * Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS Certified Implementation Specialist). * Prior consulting experience. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
