http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2340103&uid= Job Title: Senior Maximo Business Analyst III Type of hire: Long Term Location: Houston, TX(Remote) C2C Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Maximo Business Analyst with expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management and MAS (Maximo Application Suite) migration projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between IT and business stakeholders to drive the successful planning, execution, and support of Maximo enhancements and MAS migration initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management business processes and the ability to translate those into system configurations and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business analysis efforts for Maximo to MAS migration projects. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to asset and work management, inventory, procurement, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical developers, solution architects, and system integrators. Perform gap analysis and recommend system solutions to meet business needs within the MAS suite. Develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications. Support data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities. Participate in system testing, UAT, and user training coordination. Act as a liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure accurate delivery of functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business units to validate requirements and proposed solutions. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on IBM Maximo. Hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementations or upgrades. Strong understanding of asset management, work management, inventory, and procurement modules. Proven experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with data migration strategies and integration concepts. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: IBM Maximo certification(s). Experience in utility, energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
