This role involves managing full lifecycle project execution, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects (cloud, network, data centers, upgrades). Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, vendors, business leaders) to define and align on objectives. Supervise technical activities and ensure quality implementation by network engineers. Maintain compliance with security protocols, standards, and regulations. Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership. Optimize and automate infrastructure deployment processes. Provide post-go-live support and ensure operational stability. Advocate for the business case, keeping value delivery at the forefront of decision-making. Maintain financial oversight, forecasting, and budget tracking. Act as liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders. Coach junior team members; potentially lead smaller system projects. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in IT project management, specifically in digital infrastructure. Expertise in cloud (AWS), networking, desktop services, and infrastructure solutions. Proven record managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations). Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, MS Project). Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in evolving tech environments.
