The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of multiple, concurrent engineering projects, with a strong focus on delivering seamless mobile user experiences in high-volume environments. Previous Apple project experience is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Drive and manage all aspects of large-scale, cross-functional projects, particularly those involving high-traffic native iOS eCommerce apps (e.g., search, shopping cart, etc.). Define and oversee project scope, functional and business requirements, resource allocation, and timelines across multiple concurrent efforts. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure successful mobile feature implementation. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, deliverables, risk assessments, budgets, and milestones. Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels regarding project status, risks, issues, and impacts. Analyze business objectives and translate them into technical requirements and functional deliverables. Ensure mobile app development efforts meet quality, performance, and compliance standards.Essential Skills: MUST HAVE experience managing Mobile Application Development Projects. Demonstrated success delivering native iOS applications; Apple project experience is highly desirable. Proven track record in Engineering Project Management, managing multiple, concurrent technical initiatives. Experience with eCommerce platforms and customer-facing mobile features like search, checkout, and personalization. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills for working across business and technical teams. Capable of working in fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic product environments.Desirable Skills: Experience in Retail and Digital Business Analysis. Familiarity with SAP Project Management methodologies, preferably SAP Activate. Understanding of mobile platform guidelines and best practices, especially for the Apple ecosystem.
