Advanced degree preferred. Experience: o Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an SRE or DevOps environment. o Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, including monitoring, automation, and incident response. o Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Skills: o Proficiency in defining SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs. o Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. o Familiarity with modern observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
