Generate recommendations to resolve known areas for improvement or to take advantage of emerging opportunities. Actively participate in the Agile process, including advancing the efficiency and agility of the teams with which they work. Is an advocate for positive change in their teams, able to motivate people to overcome barriers and generate creative and elegant solutions to difficult problems Qualifications Looking for 8 years of experience candidates. 4+ years of experience required, relevant technical and business experience, in the Annuity and Life Insurance industry. Four-year degree required, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or specialized training or equivalent extensive work experience Experience working in an Agile environment, but able to work with elements of waterfall projects Plus: experience with DTCC, ACCORD standards, Firelight, AN4, Affirm or other insurance application order entry systems Comprehensive technical skills in the areas of insurance product features and mechanics Programming concepts (XML, json, java) Knowledge of ACORD standards Microsoft Excel functionality including Visual Basic for Applications Insurance Administration systems.
