As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert functional and potentially technical consulting services to our clients on their SAP ECC or S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects. You will leverage your deep knowledge of SAP FICO modules and industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment. * Provide functional expertise in the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules. * Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions. * Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific client needs. * Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of SAP FICO implementations. * Prepare and deliver end-user training on SAP FICO functionality. * Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO applications. * Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, features, and best practices in FICO. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. * Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and methodologies. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation. * Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including: * **FI (Financial Accounting):** General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, New GL concepts. * **CO (Controlling):** Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). * Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes. * Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization. * Experience with data migration and cutover activities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. * Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP). * Experience with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud). * ABAP debugging skills for issue resolution. * Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting). * Prior consulting experience. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
