Expert-Level End-User Support: Deliver expert-level assistance to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain system efficiency. IBP Configuration: Handle IBP-related configurations, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization to meet business requirements. Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementing enhancements and improvements in the IBP module. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to optimize planning processes and ensure alignment with business goals. Integration with Other Modules: Collaborate with other SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems. System Testing and User Acceptance Testing: Conduct thorough system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure new configurations and enhancements meet business needs and are ready for deployment.
