The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement scalable MDM solutions using Oracle Fusion Applications, supporting initiatives such as data deduplication, enrichment, survivorship rules, and customer account management.Key Responsibilities: Work on Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) modules and Customer Accounts. Implement and customize Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) and Party Model functionalities to meet business needs. Support the full Oracle Sales lifecycle, including Marketing, Opportunities, Leads, Prospects, and Customers. Design and execute Data Deduplication, Data Enrichment, and Survivorship logic for improved data quality. Develop comprehensive documentation including Understanding Documents and Unit Test Plans. Gather business requirements through direct interaction and translate them into technical configurations. Participate in and support various testing cycles (SIT, UAT), ensuring accuracy and completeness of implementations. Send regular status reports and participate in business and IT review meetings. Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure alignment with business expectations.Essential Skills: Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Oracle Fusion CDM. Strong knowledge of the Oracle Sales Cloud lifecycle and related entities. Ability to customize and configure Oracle CDM applications, including the Party model. Experience in data governance processes: deduplication, enrichment, survivorship. Hands-on experience preparing documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specs, and Test Plans. Experience supporting multiple phases of testing: SIT, UAT. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Additional Responsibilities (PDH Focus): Design and implement Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) solutions within a multi-pillar implementation or standalone scenario. Create sustainable, scalable solutions by developing L1, L2, and L3 business process flows. Define required product extensions, integrations, and reporting solutions. Manage project escalations, identifying risks and issues, and reporting to executive leadership as needed.
