Job Title: OCP Eng with DevSecOps & Git hub Location: Charlotte, NC (5 Days Onsite) Job Description: Lead and execute the migration of applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). Configure, deploy, and manage OCP and Kubernetes environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating security practices (DevSecOps) throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform differences, migration challenges, and containerization. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in OCP configuration management and Kubernetes deployments Minimum 5+ years of PCF/TAS and OCP Development experience in complex application environments ( Java/.net) Proven track record of leading migration projects from PCF to OCP in complex, enterprise-level environments Strong technical proficiency in cloud technologies, containerization, and DevOps, including hands-on experience with OCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development In-depth knowledge of migration frameworks/tools such as Konveyor, Move2Kube, and OpenRewrite Extensive experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Helm charts Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
