Positions are to be based in Houston, TX onsite. Acting as an agent of technical progress, you will interact with key stakeholders across the Enterprise, particularly within Enterprise Architecture & Data Management teams, providing consultative strategy, business planning, KPI development, initiatives for analysis, and operational optimization. Collecting and Presenting data and analysis, Creating dashboards and scorecards to identify drivers and create strategic recommendations, presenting to Enterprise Leadership Provide consultative insight and actionable items. Support insight with statistically relevant evidence, evangelize, educate and hold stakeholders and team accountable in their design and interpretation of analyses. Accountable to the quality of data sets and reporting Ensures all requests are logged for data, reporting, and analysis. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Technical Requirements SQL database experience, pull data via queries. SSRS experience is a plus. Advanced Power BI skill set with advanced DAX, Power Query or SQL queries. Proven Implementation of Value Adding Data Visualization Design and Best Practices. Power Apps experience would be ideal. Front End Reports Development in Power BI Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Field of Study: Information Sciences, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics Years' Experience: Generally, requires 5 - 7 years related experience. 1.) Superior Communication Skills 2.) 5+ Years PBI Development, Power BI Fluency 3.) Heavy RDBMS experience 3.) Ability to architect maintainable and scalable semantic models 4.) Strong visualization skills 5.) Specific report development experience, report consolidation 6.) Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Create and maintain complex DAX measures and calculations 7.) Dataflows, Power Automate, Power Query for data transformations 8.) Reading & Writing complex SQL Queries 1.) Power Apps Experience 2.) Power Automate Experience 3.) Azure DevOps Experience 4.)
