The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions within the NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) platform. This role involves working closely with business analysts, compliance teams, and other IT functions to develop fraud detection and prevention solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Actimize IFM platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand fraud monitoring and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Implement changes to workflows, rules, and data integration layers based on business needs. Optimize and tune existing IFM models, scenarios, and policies for improved performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Provide production support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for Actimize environments. Prepare technical documentation, deployment scripts, and support testing activities across SIT, UAT, and production environments.Essential Skills: 810 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 46 years in Actimize IFM development Strong hands-on experience in Actimize Designer, Modeler, RCM, and Custom Plugin development Solid understanding of fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and financial crime systems Knowledge of SQL, Java, and integration with external systems and data sources Experience working in an Agile development environmentDesirable Skills: In-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks and compliance standards Familiarity with Actimize AIS, UDFs, and custom policy configurations Experience with other financial crime and fraud detection tools is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCompetencies: Agile Way of Working Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Problem-solving and analytical thinking Team collaboration in a cross-functional environmentQualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Certifications in Actimize or AML compliance are a plus ------------ Manish Kumar Scalable Systems Technical Recruiter Mailto: manish@scalable-systems.com Keywords: information technology Actimize IFM Developer manish@scalable-systems.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2342043&uid= |
