Please find the below job description and share your updated resume if you are interested Job Title: Business analyst - Financial Side (Local candidate) Location: Oaks PA - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Contract / c2c Rate: $50/hr on C2c (all inclusive) Required Skill BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience. A minimum of 8 years of business analyst experience with building reports, ETL, SQL, and other product development areas within the Alternatives industry. Experience with alternatives accounting systems: FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran). In depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), analytical expertise, and familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum. Ability to break down sophisticated data and operational problems and communicate to product development FinTech experience with Alternative funds that supported operations, reporting, and allocations. Proficiency with data analysis tools including databases, SQL, etc. Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as JIRA and Confluence. What we would like from you: Certifications in CSM, PMP, CSPO, etc. Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail. Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills. Self-motivated, and strive to meet demanding client delivery challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and presentation Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Capacity to work within sophisticated systems and large data sets.
