This role requires expertise in ServiceNow's SPM, PPM, Demand Management, Project Portfolio, Resource Management, and ITBM modules, with a focus on translating business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules to meet business requirements Gather and document functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and user journey mapping Create functional designs and process definitions for ServiceNow SPM implementations Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio, and Resource Management Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for SPM implementations Manage integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other systems or modules Provide ServiceNow administration and support for SPM/PPM modules Deliver training to end-users on SPM/PPM functionality and workflows Prepare and present executive updates on implementation progress and outcomes Serve as the solution owner for ServiceNow SPM, driving continuous improvement Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships throughout implementation lifecycle Required Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio, Resource Management, and ITBM Strong hands-on configuration skills in ServiceNow platform Experience gathering functional requirements and creating functional designs Expertise in user journey mapping and process design Experience with testing methodologies and integration management ServiceNow administration skills with focus on SPM/PPM modules Project management experience with ability to drive implementations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience preparing and delivering executive updates Demonstrated ability to serve as a solution owner Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementation in multiple environments Background in strategic planning and portfolio management processes Experience with roadmap planning and scenario planning Knowledge of investment funding and resource allocation methodologies Experience with Agile methodologies Background in business analysis or process improvement Personal Attributes: Hands-on approach with willingness to "roll up sleeves" and dive into configuration Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate and address challenges Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills at both technical and executive levels Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution Customer-focused with commitment to delivering business value This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, with a focus on delivering value through ServiceNow's SPM/ PPM capabilities.
