Ideally Virginia candidate is highly preferred Complete Description: The Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) is seeking an UI/UX Business Analyst with minimum 5 years experience to work with an existing software development team in an agile/scrum environment. The candidate will review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to solutions under development. Duties will include functional and non-functional specifications, uses cases and system design specifications, conducting effective joint applications development and brainstorming sessions, and interviewing subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Previous experience in the elections environment highly desired.
