Develop and maintain complex compensation calculation logic. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate compensation requirements. Manage data integration between Varicent and other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP). Ensure data accuracy, validation, and cleansing for reliable compensation outcomes. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations within Varicent. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed. Document technical solutions, processes, and configuration changes. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Varicent / IBM ICM. Strong knowledge of incentive compensation design and logic. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques. Experience in integrating Varicent with other systems via APIs or ETL. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
