As a technical leader, you'll analyze business requirements, craft scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Optimizely DXP. Key Responsibilities: Design and build feature sets for existing applications, enhancing integrations and upgrading our business application portfolio Lead architectural design and technical strategy for Optimizely integration projects, adhering to best practices and industry standards Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software implementations, recommending improvements and optimizations Oversee integration with internal and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation Implement continuous integration practices for deploying code Work with our primary tech stack: C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure, and GitHub Collaborate with IT and Business groups, demonstrating a service mindset and excellent communication skills Guide and mentor development teams in implementing software solutions according to architectural guidelines and coding standards Stay up-to-date with the latest Optimizely features and capabilities Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations in collaboration with data management teams Manage the overall health and performance of integrated Optimizely applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues Provide technical leadership in evaluating, selecting, and implementing complementary technologies Contribute to the development of a long-term Optimizely roadmap aligned with organizational strategic objectives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with C# 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js Experience with REST web services, Git fundamentals, and Entity Framework Core Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience implementing best practice CI/CD principles Experience with Optimizely Hybrid Headless DXP, Azure, and proficiency in Optimizely with various APIs, web services, and enterprise systems Keywords: csharp continuous integration continuous deployment javascript information technology Lead Optimizely Developer !!
