Required Skills & Experience : Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry. Experience in dynamic pricing strategies and yield management. Proven track record in data analysis and forecasting to optimize revenue streams. Familiarity with reservation systems and channel management in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with governmental processes and public sector project requirements, particularly in the context of state or national park systems. Technical Skills: Understanding of SaaS architectures and cloud technologies, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for reservation systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools. Experience with data visualization and business intelligence software, such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with revenue management systems and property management systems. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project to plan, track, and report on project progress. Qualifications: Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify revenue opportunities, and develop actionable strategies. Experience in forecasting and budgeting to align revenue goals with organizational objectives. Understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and executive teams. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and product managers. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical park staff and government officials. Experience in stakeholder management, ensuring that project goals align with the needs of internal stakeholders. Exceptional analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring that the reservation system meets evolving user needs.
