About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Conversion & Cleansing Manager to join our Enterprise Data Management team. In this pivotal role, you will drive data quality and integrity efforts in support of a major global business transformation initiative for a portfolio of internationally recognized brands. As the Data Conversion & Cleansing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of data migration, cleansing, and release management activities. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our enterprise transformation by ensuring that high-quality, accurate data underpins every stage of the project. Key Responsibilities Lead data conversion and cleansing activities from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Oversee the release management process related to data migration phases. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and implement appropriate solutions. Resolve data integrity issues through root cause analysis and the development of sustainable solutions. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective reporting and presentations. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the migration process. Qualifications 5+ years of experience Proven experience managing large-scale data conversion and cleansing projects, especially in master data domains. Expertise in data analysis, data quality, and master data management (MDM). Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP Materials Management (MM). Familiarity with data migration tools and large-scale system implementations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and working knowledge of SQL. Strong project management capabilities with a focus on scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
