Stay current with Moveworks updates and recommend best practices to optimize workflows. Essential Skills: Prior contracting experience with chatbot or conversational AI technologies. Prior experience with Moveworks Copilot. Experience with enterprise service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk). Relevant certifications or specialized training in automation platforms or Moveworks.
