Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional automation workflows. Efficiently manage the transition of solutions from sandbox environments to production, ensuring high quality and reliability. Administer and maintain the Moveworks platform, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability throughout the contract period. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement improvements as necessary. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation regarding development practices, deployment processes, and platform administration. Stay current with Moveworks updates and recommend best practices to optimize workflows. Essential Skills: Prior contracting experience with chatbot or conversational AI technologies. Prior experience with Moveworks Copilot. Experience with enterprise service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk). Relevant certifications or specialized training in automation platforms or Moveworks.
