This role involves working on diverse platforms including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, and developing applications with various architectures such as monolithic and microservices-oriented. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of working in application development, strong adaptability, and excellent collaborative skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements analysis to understand and document user needs. Develop high-quality software solutions using Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Oracle/Postgres, and other technologies. Perform unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software reliability and efficiency. Provide post-installation validation support to ensure successful deployment and operation. Lead and mentor team members, particularly in the development of specific application components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions. Adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes. Maintain documentation for software development processes and configurations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9+ years of experience in software engineering and application development. Proven experience in developing applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms. Expertise in various software architectures, including monolithic and microservices-oriented. Proficiency in Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Oracle/Postgres . Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
