Job Description: We are seeking a PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management to support a discovery initiative in preparation for an upcoming FMLA implementation. The ideal consultant will perform an in-depth analysis of the current PeopleSoft system and provide strategic recommendations to support the projects next phase. Responsibilities: Conduct discovery and detailed analysis of the existing PeopleSoft Absence Management configuration. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess gaps for upcoming FMLA implementation. Provide documentation, findings, and recommendations based on current system functionality. Participate in project meetings and provide subject matter expertise related to Absence Management. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, specifically in Absence Management. Proven track record of conducting discovery/assessment phases for HR systems. Experience with FMLA, leave management, or similar HR compliance implementations is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
