Background Check + Drug Test: Start Approval Process Internal Pitch/Info; This position is a backfill for a candidate who was a Sr. BSA ( 10+ years of experience and extremely strong within both technical and communication/business requirement gathering/documentation skillsets .) NOT necessarily looking for a Sr. level BSA to fill her shoes with years' of experience. Rather, he is looking for more of a mid-level BSA or mid-Sr. level Product Owner to create more of a hybrid type of position where the candidate will work on a variety of projects/products. He wants to see both BSA and Product Owner candidates. Must Haves: Healthcare (specifically health plan/insurance spec. working with member portal and application) Web and application experience as a BSA and/or Product Owner Ability to work through complex project requirements to identify and decouple dependencies across multiple teams/projects/systems Strong Business Requirement Gathering skills Strong Communication skill Pluses: Ability to work with Jr. Analysts to model/mentor appropriate skills Experience connecting the requirements between front-end (user facing) systems and back-end (API) process. *Notes per our conversation: Execution piece is really important be able to translate what business needs into technical tasks. Create robust plan for what business is asking for and be able to add technical requirements of what is required so team can build on it.
