MUST have AEM as a cloud service/cloud experience. Skills and Qualifications : At least 7-10 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe DAM. Strong understanding of metadata management, ETL processes, and cloud migrations. Experience with workflow capabilities, tagging configuration, and integration with third-party enterprise systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications in Adobe Experience Manager Assets or related technologies. Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) and archival policies. Qualification : Technical lead ready to be hands-on and can co-ordinate with stakeholders and offshore (attend handover-takeover call with offshore) Has done large number of Assets Migration from another Enterprise DAM to AEM Assets (DAM) as a Cloud Service (preferably from Aprimo to AEM Assets) Extensive experience in setting up AEM Assets in cloud from foundation. Extensive Experience in customizing AEM Assets features like Metadata schema (incl. Metadata inheritance, Metadata Profiling), Taxonomy, Tagging, Content Hub, Search filter customization, workflows and OOTB APIs.
