The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, Slack architecture, and integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, implement security features, and lead vendor management efforts. This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
