Analytic skills Excitement to coach and mentor engineers at all levels of the department Job Duties & Responsibilities : Knowledgeable of best practices for development on Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform Assist in designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions and integrations based on client requirements Ensure the solution that is delivered is consistent with company development policies and standards. Perform quality review of work products (post facto) Participate in project discoveries to provide technical support and to ensure that we understand client requests from an engineering perspective Technical escalation point for the project team and clients assisted by the Technical Architect Support the project team through key project events (e.g planning sessions, release demos, UAT sessions, site launch) Provide highly efficient development effort when necessary Work with the Digital Solutions Consultant and Project Manager regarding development impacts to scope, budget, timeline, quality, and resource utilization.
