http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=236960&uid= From: Gaurav Bhagat, kpg99 inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know your interest: Position: Senior Digital Analytics Lead Location: Remote - EST Time Zone Duration: 6 months CTH USC and GC only * Building Dashboards with BI tools - PowerBI, Looker, Tableau * Agile * Adobe Analytics * Google Analytics * Adobe Tag Management, Tealium * SQL/Python/R * Healthcare We will need # of years of experience and rank themselves as: beginner/intermediate/advanced in following: * Agile * Digital Analytics * Healthcare * Extracting Insights from website data Job Description: * Act as data stewards across the organization ensuring that the business leverage data to drive decisions * Be the analytics spokesperson to define analytics definitions after performing deep dive analysis and aligning with the other analytics teams in the company * Play a crucial role in scrum team to discuss then standardize data definitions and later work with data engineers to take the code to production deployment * Adopt agile processes of building and delivering data products * Manage upstream and downstream business communication related to product being developed and to meet critical business needs * Responsible for defining stories and ensuring its visibility to business partners and ET leadership * Manage documentation for all data products to support needs of analytics, engineering, and operations staff * Attends and actively participates in Team Ceremonies: Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective. Skill sets required: * Must have minimum of 5 years' experience in working closely with agile business, product and development teams * Proficient in Web Analytics gathering, cleansing & analyzing website data through Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics * Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) * Proficiency in core advanced analytics data mining & scripting tools such as SQL/R/Python * Proven experience extracting insights from web/app data (i.e., clickstream, website traffic) * Experience in healthcare/Insurance reporting and analytics will be a plus * Experience in Tealium, Adobe Tag Management System will be a plus Project Details: They will be dedicated primarily to our Consumer experience and customer feedback initiative * This initiative is analyzing our member experience and using that critical data to rapidly redesign, enhance and deploy improvements and new features to members Digital application experience * Prioritizing mission critical member needs / functionality and then working across the overall customer experience * This requires the following skills: Digital analytics; strategy, tagging, collection, aggregation and reporting plus a strong ability to work with our Business, CX and development teams to implement the end-to-end capability and continuously tune and apply learnings across the applications.
