This role plays a pivotal part in delivering digital transformation initiatives in large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments by designing robust, scalable, and secure architectures tailored to industry-specific needs.Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud across a multi-module implementation. Design and govern integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems such as Primavera P6, AutoDesk, legacy ERPs, and procurement solutions. Define and execute data migration strategies for master and transactional data in complex EPC projects. Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle PaaS solutions to create extensible and secure enterprise-grade applications. Drive development of custom applications, dashboards, and reports using BI Publisher and OTBI for functions such as project costing, billing, subcontractor management, and workforce planning. Implement security frameworks aligned with SOX, internal audits, and EPC-specific business hierarchies, including detailed role-based access control. Act as a cross-functional liaison between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure business objectives are realized through technology. Continuously stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases and EPC industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for innovation and process optimization.Essential Skills: Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Architecture across multiple modules: PFM, SCM, Procurement, Financials, and HCM. Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST API design, and PaaS architecture. Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with Primavera P6, AutoDesk, and other EPC tools. Demonstrated experience in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for large-scale environments. Deep understanding of BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Reporting tools. Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOX and best practices for enterprise security models. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration across technical and business teams.Desirable Skills: Familiarity with TCS Transformation Delivery Method for Oracle Cloud. Industry experience in EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, or similar sectors. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
