Key Responsibilities Job Architecture & Job Catalogue Development Design and implement a Job Architecture framework tailored for a high-growth SaaS and hospitality tech company. Create a standardized Job Catalogue, including job families, job levels, detailed role profiles, and career pathing frameworks. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to analyze existing roles, harmonize titles, and standardize job descriptions. Compensation Strategy and Market Benchmarking Conduct market compensation benchmarking against the tech and hospitality SaaS sectors using Radford, Mercer, and similar surveys. Evaluate and redesign salary bands, short-term incentive plans, and equity strategies aligned with the new job architecture. Advise on global pay structures to support Duettos international footprint and ensure compliance with evolving pay equity laws. Change Management & Communication Build a communication and change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of the new frameworks across all leadership levels. Develop and deliver training guides, toolkits, and manager resources to ensure internal stakeholders can operationalize the new job structure. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executives, providing insights and guidance on organizational design and compensation philosophy.
