The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience with extensive background in building, optimizing, and managing cloud-native data pipelines, and developing robust reporting and visualization solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SnapLogic to integrate complex data from various cloud and on-premises sources. Develop scalable and efficient SnapLogic pipelines for real-time and batch data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Create, optimize, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring performance and data accuracy. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights through data visualization. Leverage Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics for data integration, storage, and transformation. Perform data profiling, quality checks, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality data delivery. Implement and maintain best practices for pipeline monitoring, logging, error handling, and alerting. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and data engineers. Support migration of legacy ETL pipelines to modern, scalable SnapLogic-based architecture on Azure. Document solutions and workflows, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer. Stay updated on industry trends, evaluating new technologies to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills: 12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on in SnapLogic Development. Strong expertise in building cloud-native and hybrid integration solutions using SnapLogic. Deep understanding of Power BI development: dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization. Proficient in Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Gen2, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Strong experience in data integration, data transformation, data warehousing, and analytics projects. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimization techniques. Solid understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and security best practices. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML formats, and web services integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize SnapLogic pipelines and Power BI dashboards. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD automation for SnapLogic pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps. Knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS or P is a plus. Experience with additional reporting tools such as Tableau or QlikView (bonus). Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
