The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in managing Salesforce development teams and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions using best practices. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure code quality through code reviews and implementation of best practices. Drive DevOps and CI/CD strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem. Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership for all phases of software development life cycle. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and technical teams. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Flosum. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, and Application/System Architect certifications are a plus.
