This hybrid role supports large-scale platform testing and quality assurance for enterprise systems like SAP and JDA. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both manual and automated testing processes, including API and UI testing, and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including offshore QA resources and third-party vendors. Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst (Contract 12 Months) Location: Hybrid Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX Schedule: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM | Onsite 3 days/week required Payrate- $60 C2C ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute QA testing for enterprise platforms such as SAP and JDA. Design and implement automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright). Perform functional manual testing and UI/API integration testing. Utilize tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and Mockito for API testing. Coordinate testing efforts across internal teams, offshore resources, and third-party QA vendors. Track and report defects, test outcomes, and QA metrics. Maintain testing documentation, scripts, and test data environments. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support CI/CD pipelines. Deliver QA process training and mentor junior QA team members. Recommend and implement process improvements and cost-effective QA strategies. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Business Analyst. Strong manual and automated testing experience, especially in UI and API. Hands-on experience with eCommerce (B2B/B2C) applications. Expertise in QA tools like JIRA, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and Rest Assured. Familiarity with mocking services and frameworks like Mockito. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills. Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with offshore QA teams. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: SAP and JDA testing experience. Experience coordinating and leading QA efforts across multiple teams. SAFe Agile Certification. Experience with regression, performance testing, and DevOps/CI/CD methodologies.
