Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- Technical Program Manager Identity & Access Management (IAM) Location- Parsipanny, NJ and NEW YORK 1, NY TCS Contract position: Technical/Functional Skills Key requirements include:Proven success leading large-scale, global IAM/SSO implementation projects, specifically Microsoft EntraID and Active DirectoryDeep understanding of IAM/SSO technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external vendors, service providers and aligning multiple internal technical and business teams.Skilled in generating detailed project plans, timelines, and executive-level status reports (including for the Board).Expertise in identifying, tracking, and addressing project risks and security gaps throughout the implementation.Strong background in global change management initiatives, including communication and adoption strategies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide project status reporting to all levels of the organization Desirable Skills: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, systems engineering, and technical architecture. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.4. Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including budget, scope, and timeline management.5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.6. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
