The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React development and a solid understanding of trading systems. Candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions. Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience. Utilize JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 to implement robust front-end components and features. Manage application state effectively using Zustand or similar state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Collaborate with backend developers and business analysts to integrate APIs and enhance application functionality. Participate in Agile ceremonies, managing sprints, backlogs, and contributing to continuous integration processes. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and promoting clean, maintainable code. Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, demonstrating strong communication skills. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js. Proven experience in trading application development or a solid understanding of financial markets. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Zustand or other state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX). Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset. Preferred, but not required: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme). Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material-UI or Ant Design. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with Investment banking, latency systems, Trade execution.
