The ideal candidate will have 56 years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL in production environments, with a strong focus on performance tuning, high availability, and data integrity. Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus. This role will play a critical part in managing our core data systems, supporting development and infrastructure teams, and ensuring database environments are optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance within a highly regulated financial institution.
