Design and configure MRP strategies and parameters to meet business requirements. Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and procurement teams to ensure integrated supply chain processes. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP system configurations. Manage master data setup relevant to PP, QM, and MRP (BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans). Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI/CO). Lead or support data migration, UAT, go-live, and hyper care phases. Provide training and support to end users and super users. Coordinate with offshore/onshore team members for global deployments. Someone who is open to travel 75% onsite Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM, with at least 3 years in a Lead role. Strong expertise in MRP concepts and SAP MRP configuration. Experience with S/4HANA Projects is required. In-depth understanding of manufacturing, shop floor, and quality processes. Experience in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments. Excellent knowledge of SAP master data in PP and QM. Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO.
