The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0, a strong background in business process optimization, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills to drive process improvement and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities: Create, model, and analyze end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio for ITAM-related functions. Utilize BPMN 2.0 standards to build clear and effective process maps and workflow visualizations. Conduct process discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with process owners and stakeholders. Analyze current "As-Is" processes and design optimized "To-Be" workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and control. Break down complex processes into detailed hierarchies and manageable subprocesses. Provide actionable insights and process documentation to support ITAM governance and compliance efforts. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management in a clear and structured manner. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business units, and project teams to align process improvements with organizational goals.Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years of relevant work in business process management and analysis. Proven experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling and optimization. Strong command of BPMN 2.0 and process mapping techniques. Solid understanding of ITAM concepts and process requirements. Ability to document and analyze business requirements, risks, and improvement opportunities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both collaborative and independent environments.Desirable Skills: Experience in leveraging BPM to drive digital transformation or operational efficiency projects. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Knowledge of enterprise software systems and how they integrate into business processes. Experience developing business process hierarchies and subprocess documentation.
