In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through test automation, intelligent test design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also be instrumental in integrating AI/ML technologies into our testing practices to drive efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and API layers using modern test automation frameworks. Implement AI-powered testing tools and practices to increase coverage, detect regressions, and predict failure points. Lead accessibility testing efforts to ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines and deliver inclusive user experiences. Evaluate and integrate intelligent test automation platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools). Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and quality gates across the CI/CD pipeline. Lead test strategy and planning for both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security). Drive the adoption of AI-assisted tools for visual testing, test case generation, and anomaly detection. Analyze test results and defects, and provide actionable insights to improve product and process quality. Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices and AI testing techniques. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in software testing, including test automation, manual testing, and QA leadership. Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Deep experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG). Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based testing platforms or tools (e.g., Applitools, Testim, Mabl, or proprietary AI solutions). Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience testing AI/ML-driven applications or models. Knowledge of data validation techniques for ML models. Exposure to model monitoring, explainability, or fairness testing tools (e.g., SHAP, What-If Tool). ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification or equivalent.
