The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, hands-on experience with Katalon and Parasoft tools, and a strategic mindset to align testing initiatives with business goals.Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive automation testing strategy aligned with overall project goals and quality objectives. Design automation test plans including scope, objectives, test scenarios, entry/exit criteria, and resource planning. Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts across all levels of the SDLC (unit, integration, system, and performance). Lead the coding of automation tests for unit, UI, and load testing. Implement automation solutions using Katalon Studio and Parasoft frameworks. Provide consultation on selecting and implementing the right-fit test automation approaches. Champion Agile testing practices and integration of automation tools with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and build key test scenarios/case studies. Drive end-to-end implementation of testing strategies, from requirement analysis to post go-live support and CoE setup. Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends and technologies including cloud, mobile, big data, and IoT testing.Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience (10+ years) in test automation architecture and framework development. Strong hands-on experience with Katalon Studio and Parasoft. Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to automation testing. Expertise in implementing unit, functional, UI, and performance testing. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior testers.Desirable Skills: Exposure to cloud-native testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with mobile automation tools and big data testing frameworks.
