Must have strong and recent experience developing in Tableau Strong SQL experience Role Overview: Primary Responsibilities: Continue development and enhancement of the existing Tableau-based BI and reporting platform. Collaborate closely with the Data Architect to design and implement meaningful data visualizations. Leverage the enterprise data warehouse for building reliable and accurate reporting solutions. Translate business needs into clear, actionable reports and dashboards. Required Skills & Experience: Strong Tableau expertise proficient in designing, developing, and optimizing dashboards. Advanced SQL skills capable of querying large datasets and optimizing complex queries. Insurance industry experience is essential must understand business workflows, data relationships, and reporting needs specific to the insurance domain. Ability to grasp the why behind reports must understand the business context, not just the technical requirements. Team Collaboration: Will be supported by a Data Architect and a database developer. Expected to work cross-functionally to align reporting with both business goals and data architecture.
