The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in eCommerce best practices, architecture principles, and modern technology stacks, including headless commerce and cloud-based deployments.Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions using Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Commerce Cloud. Lead the implementation of headless commerce strategies and integrations. Develop reusable components, modules, and APIs that align with Adobe Commerce best practices. Provide architectural guidance on B2B and B2C implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers. Define and enforce coding standards, Git branching strategies, and Agile best practices. Integrate Adobe Commerce with external systems such as CRM, ERP, PIM, CMS (Adobe AEM), Analytics, and CDPs. Participate in technical audits, code reviews, and performance tuning.Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in Adobe Commerce/Magento architecture and module/plugin development. Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices, architecture patterns, and headless commerce solutions. Proficiency in Magento Web APIs, OOP concepts, and design patterns. Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud and scalable multi-tenant applications. Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Proficient in Git, version control systems, and branching strategies. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience in responsive front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout, React.js, Bootstrap, etc. Knowledge of integrating with external platforms such as Analytics tools, Campaign management, CDPs, CRMs, ERPs, and Adobe AEM.
