Position : Program Manager (SAP FICO) Location : Richardson, TX About the Role As the Program Manager for Digital PMO you will lead a diverse portfolio of global large complex technology-centric analytics projects for SAP, Ecommerce, Finance, or related projects. You will have responsibility to oversee all project work being performed by the team and working with divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and commitment on deliverables, understand challenges and coordinate activities. What You Will Do Simultaneously manage multiple complex technology-centric global projects Lead initiatives in data and analytics delivery team and be the liaison between business, development/implementation teams, and stakeholders Interface with all levels of management and staff to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning and execution and keep management informed Adhere to Solution Delivery Lifecycle Methodology and PMO procedures Assemble project team, identifies needed resources, assign responsibilities, and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables Build and manage the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress Manage scope and dependencies, identify risks and issues, and proactively resolve/mitigate them Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost, and quality Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered Proficient with benefits realization, and ensure that benefits are delivered What You Need Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience 10 + years of experience in IT and business/industry Experience applying data and analytics knowledge of key design principles, methodologies, tools, and high-level architectures. Familiar with data processing, management, and visualization tools Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle and one or more project management methodologies (for example, Agile, Waterfall) Knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes What is Nice to Have Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management or Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Practitioner or Leader Certification Strong business acumen, industry/domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units Ecommerce, finance, and supply chain (SAP) related project experience Program management skills Well versed in Change Management and Release Management Processes Experience of working to introduce agile/SCRUM into organizations What Makes You Eligible Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel Be willing to work in an office in Richardson, TX (Hybrid)(remote) Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment Thanks!
