The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and a solid background in designing and managing organizational data strategies. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to help drive business decisions through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive data strategies that support and align with organizational goals. Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Lead data mining, analysis, and modeling initiatives to extract valuable insights. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and deliver data solutions that improve decision-making. Drive data governance, data quality, and consistency across the organization. Utilize advanced data analysis tools and programming techniques to manipulate and interpret complex datasets. Communicate data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Competencies: Data Mining Data Strategy Development Business Intelligence and Visualization (Power BI)Essential Skills: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Power BI, including report and dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling. Strong knowledge of data strategy planning and execution aligned with business goals. Proficiency in analytics, data manipulation, and relevant programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Experience with data mining and statistical modeling methodologies. Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to data. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
