Title: - Appian Developer Duration: -6 Months Location: - Remote Visa: - All but no H1B/CPT. The Appian Developer will play a key role in on the Custom Applications team working on the Compliance One Project. In this role, you will be engaging with our Compliance One Development Team to develop software solutions on the Appian platform. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement these innovative technical solutions to meet our Business requirements. You will partner of our Technology Team who engages with our Business partners to create and validate solutions. The Appian Developer will be responsible for working with the development team to help accomplish the goals laid out for each Agile Sprint. Responsibilities include working with the BSAs (Business System Analysts) to understand the requirements of the software and deliver the expected result with quality and detail as the focus. You will also be interfacing with functional experts from Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Supervision & Controls (S&C), and Schwabs management team. What you are good at: You will partner of our Technology Team who engages with our Business partners to create and validate solutions Immediately impact the project by partnering with Technology throughout the entire software development life-cycle to define, design, and implement business process based solutions Design, implement, and provide demonstrations of solutions with Appian software Design, build and launch new data models for the Appian platform Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability Independently communicate with technical teams, business owners and UI/UX designer as needed during the design and implementation Youll be successful in your role if you are: Skilled at working with business partners to refine requirement and validate functional system solutions.
