Job Title SAP Order Management Lead Relevant Experience (in Yrs) Have 5 7 years of SAP SD, OTC processes, EDI Technical/Functional Skills Good knowledge of Order to Cash Processes with hands on experience in configuration of sales and distribution, EDI configuration and functional specifications and mapping, service orders. Good Knowledge on order interfaces with other systems. Keen understanding of listings & exclusions, returns, order related master data Experience in preparing Functional Spec for order interfaces, data conversion and enhancements Experience in equipment master and service orders. Defining, gathering requirements, developing, maintaining and operating the SAP data conversion packages. Assist in the data migration activities including: data migration, data mapping, data cleansing, data preparation, testing data Lead data reconciliation between prior and after loading to target SAP system Experience Required Experience with multiple end to end large SAP implementation projects with involvement in configuration, data conversions, functional issue resolution Experience leading and guiding teams (both onshore & offshore) Experience in planning and executing cut-over activities Roles & Responsibilities Facilitate blueprint sessions with the business to gather requirements Prepare Functional Spec for Order to Cash enhancements and interfaces Functional Unit Testing and End to End Testing Data Validation of Converted Data Generic Managerial Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops. Experience with multiple end to end large SAP implementation projects Experience as Functional Lead, leading and guiding teams (both onshore & offshore) Experience in planning and executing cut-over activities and post production support.
