Required Skills & Qualifications: 12+years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Deep understanding of Sales and Opportunity Management modules in Dynamics CRM. Solid experience with ETL processes, data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation. Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar). Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and document data requirements. Proficient in writing functional and technical documentation for both CRM and ETL processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
