Job Description: RCG will be a complex implementation. It will require someone who has been a hands-on Financials Lead for other complex, global rollouts. Lead will need to be prescriptive, great communication skills and able to recommend best industry practices. Need to have experience with solution and design and what recommend what the application is capable of. o What challenges have they experienced as a Lead in a global implementation What was their solution. Core Financials (AP, GL, AR, FA, CM). If they have Accounting Hub, that would be a bonus. Communication skills are important o Need to be able to deliver to client in a succinct manner but with details. Cant be prodded for solutions. o Need to be able to lead the client in workshops, design, training, etc. There will probably be offshore resources so need to be comfortable leading an offshore team and making sure that deliverables are met Ability to work collaboratively with other workstreams. This will be a large team and team must be cohesive! Must have managed a number of Global Cloud rollout/implementation projects already.
